A ceramic cup is not born in a day.
It grows little by little over 7 leisurely days: from the moment the first handful of clay is chosen, to the moment it is closed by the fire in the red-hot kiln.

Between the earth, water, wind, fire and the craftsman's hands, there are moments of silence.
The moments when the pottery rests, the moments when the glaze settles, the moments when the craftsman stands still to listen to the shape of the cup speaking for itself. Each grain, each streak of glaze, each curved part is different.

Because a handmade ceramic cup is an individual - a mood - a part of the person who created it.
